Thabiso has extensive experience in the hotel and property industry and is the largest Shareholder and Chief Executive Officer of the Don Group, a group involved in rental property and previously hotel industry. Thabiso's previous entrepreneurial ventures include the restaurant and entertainment industry.

Thabiso is the Director and Chairman of the Ethics and Culture Committee of Basil Read. He is also the largest Shareholder and Director of Sobita Investment Group.

He is a founding member and previous Chairman of the Tourism Business Council of South Africa.
