Sango founded SizweNtsaluba Gobodo, one of the Big 5 Auditing and Accounting firms South Africa.

He has vast experience in the auditing profession, as a Senior Executive and a Businessman that spans over 25 years.

As a founder member of Amabubesi Group, he represents the Company in various Boards including Basil Read, Digicore, and ELCB etc. He is also an independent board member of Barloworld Limited and Chairs its Risk and Sustainability Committee. He is also the Chairman of Walter Sisulu University Foundation.

Sango has served on various public sector boards, including the National Energy Regulator.

Sango is a member of the Rand Club and sits in its General Committee.
